Stress and change are part of life. We should be taught at school how to deal with them! They are usually closely related to aspects of life and work. Learning to cope with stress and change is about constant awareness, self-understanding, identifying what we want instead, developing emotional and mental strength, and practice-practice-practice...
When faced with stress, whether professional or personal, there is usually a high level of emotion and self-talk. There are physiological changes in our body that affect the way we think and use up a lot of our energy. This makes it difficult (and that's normal!) to look at the situation objectively and find solutions. It's also sometimes difficult to have a non-judgmental space to talk about it, which adds to the stress and can sometimes lead to burnout.
But understanding the whole process and having tools to deal with it is such a game changer! It can have a huge impact on many areas of life, even beyond the initial issue itself. Coaching together with NLP and hypnosis is such a powerful set of tools to help you calm down, see new possibilities and step back into your power. Thanks to my experience in pressure management with frontline humanitarian negotiators, I can also provide many practical tools to help you prepare for, deal with and recover from pressure.
