What if you could have it all and achieve it with grace, joy and ease?
Although we may be very capable and successful in many areas of our lives, there may be one or two areas where we seem to get stuck no matter how hard we try. This is usually due to unconscious thoughts and beliefs that we have adopted and repeated as a habit without being aware of it. Even the belief that 'we can't have it all' could be part of the problem...
The good news is that once we are able to make the subconscious conscious, we can immediately update our programming and put ourselves on autopilot to success. The other good news is that it doesn't take years of therapy to go through all our childhood stories!
Drawing on my diverse expertise and experience, I've developed a personalised method based on neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis and energy work to break out of old thinking patterns, unleash our most authentic and creative selves and reconnect us with our intuition, unique purpose and resources, so that every rock in the road becomes a stepping stone to the success and happiness we envision.
I love working with women of all ages and stages of life, from teenagers to seniors, because I can relate to them and grow with them. Women tend to have an impact on many lives around them, so I believe that by helping women achieve their goals and happiness with serenity, I'm helping to make this world a better place.

I have worked in international humanitarian organisations for 20 years and since 2018 have focused on supporting frontline practitioners through programmes on stress management, mentoring and self-care.
Constantly seeking to learn and develop new skills, I have a background in business administration, project management, Erickson Coaching, Intuitive Coaching, Deep Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing, Hypno-Fertility, Yoga, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Tapping, Energy Healing and hopefully more to come!
